These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kilau4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Kilau4D website located at kilau4d.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, esports wagering, and promotional offers.

Kilau4D is an online gaming platform operating under internationally recognised licensing frameworks. This Platform is designed and intended primarily for players located outside of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. 2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.
5. Own Account: You must be registering an account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of another person.
6. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on Kilau4D. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

When registering an account on Kilau4D, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Immediately notifying Kilau4D support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

Kilau4D will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request purportedly from Kilau4D should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any account registration at our sole discretion, without providing a reason, particularly where we have grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

All transactions on the Kilau4D Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following deposit methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform from time to time:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT) — subject to applicable exchange rate conversion at time of transaction

Kilau4D reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed, with associated accounts subject to suspension pending investigation.

Kilau4D does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are your sole responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account must have completed all required KYC verification steps, including age verification and identity confirmation.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have been either fully wagered through or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed from your real-money balance.
• Your withdrawal request must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as published on the Platform.
• No unresolved security flags, pending investigations, or suspected fraud alerts are associated with your account at the time of the withdrawal request.

Estimated processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfer within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high volume or due to circumstances outside Kilau4D's control.

Kilau4D reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal amount per transaction or per day. Limits, where applicable, will be published in the relevant section of the Platform.

Kilau4D offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. • Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum single-bet limit applies (typically RM 250 per round or spin). Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue).

• Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Kilau4D reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if evidence of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected. The decision of Kilau4D management in all bonus-related disputes is final.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the Kilau4D Platform. Specific sport-by-sport and game-by-game rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and take precedence over these general rules where there is a conflict.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after placement, except where specifically permitted by the Platform (e.g., cash-out functionality where offered).
• Kilau4D reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a manifest error in the odds, line, or price has occurred. Players will be notified of any such voiding and affected stakes will be returned.
• Winnings from live sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and esports events) are calculated based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. Kilau4D's decision on any result-related dispute is final.
• In the event of a game or sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with Kilau4D's event-specific settlement rules published at the time of the event.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event may apply and are published in the sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kilau4D Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the Platform using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with Kilau4D.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated scheme designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for regular player use.
• Laundering money or using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, illegal, or criminal activity.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling your account or any balance therein to another party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

Kilau4D employs fraud detection systems and regularly monitors account activity. Suspected violations will be investigated, and accounts may be suspended pending investigation. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, Kilau4D may permanently close the account, void all associated winnings and balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Kilau4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account action.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, during which time an inactivity fee may be applied in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.

Where an account is closed at the Player's request and no investigation is pending, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kilau4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Kilau4D is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• The outcome of any game, wager, or sporting event, which is governed by independent random number generation or real-world sporting results.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activities generally, including problem gambling behaviour.
• Losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or other circumstances beyond Kilau4D's reasonable control.

Where Kilau4D is found liable, our liability shall in any event be limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the liability arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Kilau4D collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We process personal data for purposes including but not limited to: account administration, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, platform improvement, and where you have consented, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shall be the version in force at any given time. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kilau4D holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and Kilau4D relating to your account, a wager, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. Kilau4D will endeavour to respond to all substantive complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to arbitration or to the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by Kilau4D's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances require.
